Pricing
Pricing that fits your engagement
Every deployment is built around the systems you already run, so pricing is set per engagement, not from a list. What it can include is below, and which parts apply we decide together.
Subcore engagements are enterprise and custom. The agent itself is the smaller half of the build: the larger half is the integration layer that connects it to your CRM, your ticketing, your telephony, your data and whatever else the work actually touches. That layer is written for your systems, and it does not come in sizes.
So pricing is scoped per engagement rather than published as tiers. The parts an engagement can include are set out below. Which of them apply, and at what level, depends on the engagement, and early or smaller engagements are often structured more simply.
What an engagement can include
Three parts. Which apply is scoped to the engagement.
Not every engagement carries all three, and the levels are set per engagement. Knowing the parts lets you budget against them before you ever speak to us.
A platform fee
What it costs to run your agents on Subcore: the framework, the guardrails, the telemetry and the console your team works in.
Usage
Charged against what your agents actually handle, so the bill tracks the work rather than the size of your team.
A build cost, waived on multi year contracts
Standing up the integration layer against your systems is real work and is charged as such. Commit for multiple years and it comes off entirely.
Getting a number
A scoping conversation is the fastest route to a real figure.
Tell us the channels, the systems it has to reach and roughly what volume you expect, and we can scope it from there.
